  We are new to the area and took a chance after a week-long string of not great dining that was close to our hotel. We went for a quick lunch and the experience was absolutely excellent. Friendly staff, clean establishment with delicious and fairly priced offerings !

  Salt? You don't need any, her food is seasoned to perfection.
  Pepper? If you desire spicy with a bite she is the creator.
  Thyme? Take time and enjoy this wonderful little gem of the South.
  
  Have you ever been to a place and enjoyed it so much that you have to share it with everyone you meet? This tiny bistro is it!
  
  The atmosphere is reminiscent of a quaint french bistro; fresh flowers adorn linen table cloths, soft music in the background, uniformed waitstaff greet you in a friendly professional manner, and the food is to die for.
  
  The chef and owner pours heart and soul into every dish that leaves her kitchen. They are a work of art that makes your mouth water even before the wonderful aromas hits you. And when her creations enter your mouth it's sensory overload.
  
  Many restaurants in this area have come and gone. If enough people dine at this little treasure it may have a chance to survive. I'm hoping this review will peak your interest enough to dine at Salt, Pepper & Thyme.

  The service is friendly, and the food is fantastic. Highly recommend if you're in the area. The service is a bit slow, but it's worth the wait.
